Error Fldigi with TLFLogger.

Juanjo EA8BGO
Hi

I can't read the FLDigi files on the TLFLogger. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. But the most curious thing is that the RTTYLog file does record activity. In the TLFLogger nothing appears on your screen.

I send photos of my configuration and result.

Best regards,
Juanjo

sorry for the late answer, meantime I reviewed your issue again,
and looks like I have some bugs.

The first is that the Tlf -> Fldigi direction (sending text, read
carrier from Fldigi, set RIG mode to Fldigi, ...) doesn't work.

This patch is fix that, but I'm not sure that this is the final
version:

==============
diff --git a/src/gettxinfo.c b/src/gettxinfo.c

But looks like there are some other synchronicity problem, eg.
changed the DELAY (":CQD" command), and then the mode after the
band switched to CW...)

Please try this, and report your experience.

Hi Juan,

just tested your setup here.

You need to drop the lines starting with

GMFSK= ... and
DIGIMODEM=....

just keep the FLDIGI line.

(Using GMFSK and DIGIMODEM allows you to work with a classical RTTY
modem, but does not work well. The new FLDIGI interface is much easier
to use.)

After switching to DIGI mode in Tlf (with ':DIG') you need to turn on
the rtty display with ':mini' Afterwards Tlf should show the activity
in upper left quarter of screen.

If it does not work, please come back again.

Re: Error Fldigi with TLFLogger.

Thomas Beierlein-4
Have to correct my own testing a little bit.

The tests before where with radio control by FLDIGI.
You can use it but will have no exact recording of frequencies in Tlf.

When testing with radio control by Tlf (an not by fldigi) i get errors
similar to those mentioned by Ervin as soon as you activate digi mode.

I have to look into it in more detail.

Hello everyone.

Sorry you didn't answer before. I was doing the contest. Tomorrow I will try to see what happens to my TLFLogger and the solutions you provide.

Thanks for the answers.

Re: Error Fldigi with TLFLogger.

Juanjo EA8BGO
Hello everyone.

I have found the error. I completely forgot to use the ": miniterm" command. That's why I didn't load the FLDigi file.

Best regards,
Juanjo
