I'm on Ubuntu 16.04.  This is the last one available.

Any *.lock on the top level; but in any case my point is the error.  It fails with one star and works with two.

you can install it manually. e.g. from tgz see 'INSTALL MULTIPLE VERSIONS'

ok, then '*.lock' is fine

file selection was reworked a while ago. i'll check if 0.8 still errs out with this exclusion set.
