access to schedule

MENGUAL Jean-Philippe
Hi,

As a user, in the calendar, I can choose to see events affcted to other users. I try creating a user, eg. x. Even with all the permissions, included mine, he only can se his affected events. An idea about what conditions enable a user to see the events of everybody? I guess granting only "see events for others" is not enough.

Many thanks

Regards

Re: access to schedule

Laurent Destailleur (aka Eldy)
If you are an internal user, the permission "see events of others" should be enough to see all events (don't forget to remove any filters that may restrict the list).
Try to upgrade your dolibarr.

Hi,

Now I have updated to 9.0.4. The user has ALL the rights everywhere and
is an admin. In the schedule, in the filter area, I still cannot change
the "asigned to" list. The user can only see events assigned to him.
What can I do to make it see the vents of everybody?

Thanks

Best regards

Try to disable module agenda then reenable it.
Then check the user has permission "See events of others".

PS: The "admin" attribute has no effect on permissions. It just mean you can setup application and grant permissions.

Re: access to schedule

MENGUAL Jean-Philippe
Hi,

Fixd. Actually I thought it did not work because I tested for a skghted person, but with the accessible mode, it works. So it works, if I enable accesibility for me, and normally for others.

Just an additional question: is that expected that if the user is not internal, he cannot crat vents?

Regards
