keyserver.kjsl.com SKS peering

Jason Harris

The SKS keyserver at kjsl.com is back online.  Please change all
instances of:

  skymaster.kjsl.com 11370 (gpg-keyserver.de)
  skylane.kjsl.com 21370 (pgp.uni-mainz.de)
  keyserver-sks.kjsl.com 21370 (six peers)

to:

  keyserver.kjsl.com 21370

in your ./membership files.

Thanks.
