packf .<folder>.map files

Conrad Hughes
packf leaves ".<folder>.map" files lying around my mail directory; this
is documented in the man page as a "binary index".  Is there a point to
this file?  Better documented elsewhere?

Support was deleted in
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/nmh.git/commit/?id=e6c917710e4318949cb4174cabca51a8d1822dbd
that's part of 1.7.  It's a leftover from msh, deleted beforehand.

Not after this commit:

    commit e6c917710e4318949cb4174cabca51a8d1822dbd
    Author: Ralph Corderoy <[hidden email]>
    Date:   Thu May 25 13:53:27 2017 +0100

So, how about test driving 1.7 RC1?
