Details:

So we've got irc.look.notice_welcome_tags now.  That's awesome! A lot of
services packages include features to print a user's infoline when they join
the channel.  A lot of eggdrops and other bots do this too.  The format is
usually <Bot> [User] msg.  It'd be great to prevent these messages from
tripping channel activity.

It'd almost be nice to have a filter that prevents buffer activity from
triggering.

Update of task #13098 (project weechat):

                  Status:                    None => Need Info
             Assigned to:                    None => flashcode

Follow-up Comment #1:

You should be able to do that using "hotlist_max_level_nicks", see this post:
http://dev.weechat.org/post/2010/12/02/Max-hotlist-level-for-some-nicks

If that's OK for you, then we can close this task.

Follow-up Comment #2, task #13098 (project weechat):

That's a cool feature.  Unfortunately, service nicks sometimes do "say" useful
things that I still want to trigger activity on.  Would love if the feature
you mentioned was tied into the /filter system, though :)
